Entry forms in Microsoft Word format for 2008 events are available here for either be printing and completing by hand or the form fields (grey areas on the form) can be completed in Microsoft Word and returned electronically - email the Entries Secretary .
Please note, if you are returning these electronically and have the latest version of Microsoft Word (Word 2007/Vista) Please would you save the document as a Word 2003 document before sending it as otherwise we are experiencing problems accessing the document.
